Hello, OACDL!
I'm in Columbus, Ohio, for my 2nd year of teaching at the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Association Annual DUI Seminar. I appreciate the opportunity to teach some old dogs (and some young ones) a few new tricks.
I'll be participating in a panel discussion on Breath Test Challenges later this afternoon. Tomorrow and Saturday will be trial skill workshop days where we'll work on cross examination skills.

Learning From the Master
I will be heading to Tampa tomorrow for a weekend cross-examination workshop led by the master himself, Terry MacCarthy. This is a tremendous opportunity to fine-tune the style of cross I already practice.
